Method

   Peel cocoys

   Mix eggs and cinnamon in a bowl

   Dip cocoy in mixture, then coat in the panko breadcrumbs

   Heat oil at medium heat

   Place cocoy in hot oil

   Turn with a tong

   Remove from pan when golden brown
